Jennifer Wojan
Jennifer Wojan is the founder of Capture Consulting and Capture Communications Group, full service communications firms specializing in all aspects of executive leadership development. Her areas of expertise include strategic communications consulting, leadership coaching, public speaking, professional presentation skills, media training and building strong internal communications best practices for organizations.
Serving as a trusted advisor and coach to high performing CEO’s and executive management teams, Jennifer helps top management develop critical leadership and communication skills. She addresses the interpersonal and communication skills necessary for maximum impact and influence. With her guidance, individuals quickly acquire new insights, build more effective communication capabilities, and strengthen positive leadership traits. Other specialized areas of training : Jennifer is also a specialist in litigations prep. She coaches litigators on performance delivery of their arguments for trial and mock trial high-stakes cases as well as client prep.
With over 15 years experience in the media, Jennifer has served as a corporate spokesperson for numerous companies in television and radio. Jennifer is truly passionate about helping organizations maximize their performance results by teaching people how to lead and communicate with greater impact. Her coaching programs are designed to increase productivity and profits by taking teams to their top level of performance.
Jennifer is a former instructor for the Kellogg Public Speaking Club at Northwestern’s School of Management. She currently also shares a partnership with Yale University, as a regional consultant, and frequently appears as a guest speaker on communications at other well known universities and in the private sector. Trust and commitment to proven results are at the heart of Jennifer’s enduring client relationships.
Jennifer holds a B.S. in Communication and Speech from Northwestern University and a certificate degree from the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts in London. Jennifer has also been as a senior media advisor to several companies, including PepsiCo, 1871 Innovation Hub, and a previous board member of the media committee for the Professional Women’s Club of Chicago.
